Kooca Play Centre 1/5

My experiences at Kooca Play Centre have left me with mixed feelings, primarily due to concerns about the owner’s behavior towards children and females.
As a member of The RoundTable team, we’ve visited the center on several occasions and unfortunately observed instances where the owner’s demeanor towards customers was less than satisfactory.
On numerous occasions, we’ve witnessed the owner speaking to individuals in a disrespectful manner, akin to treating them as if they were beneath him.
One particularly troubling incident involved him admonishing a female customer at the entrance for passing a drink to her child, insisting that since they didn’t purchase it from the center, she needed to leave before she passed it to her child.
This interaction was unsettling and reflected poorly on the establishment’s customer service ethos. Additionally, our observations align with reports from other patrons, as evidenced by similar reviews on platforms like Google.
It appears that such encounters with the owner are unfortunately not isolated incidents but rather a recurring issue. While Kooca Play Centre may offer a range of amenities and activities for children, the concerning behavior of the owner casts a shadow over the overall experience.
It’s disheartening to witness such interactions in a space intended for enjoyment and family-friendly activities. In light of these observations, I urge the management of Kooca Play Centre to address these concerns promptly. A welcoming and respectful environment should be a top priority for any establishment catering to families and children.
Until improvements are made in this regard, it’s difficult to wholeheartedly recommend Kooca Play Centre as a destination for family entertainment.
